Payment methods

To proceed with payment, the consumer must follow each and every one of the instructions displayed on the Website. Payment for the price of the items and/or products may only be made using the payment methods indicated on the Website at any given time.

In the case of payment by credit and/or debit card, payment will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity. However, if the entity does not authorize the payment, the purchase process cannot continue, the order will be automatically canceled, and the purchase of the requested service will be deemed not to have been completed. The price of the items and/or products, as well as any applicable taxes, will be displayed at the time the order is placed.

With the aim of strengthening the security and protection of online purchases, the BUSINESSMAN has implemented the necessary processes to improve transaction security by incorporating a payment service provider and a banking intermediary that guarantee the confidentiality and security of transactions, requiring authentication for each purchase made through the website in the cases required by payment security regulations (PSD2).

All payment orders are identified by a code generated by the payment provider, without which no transaction will be authorized by the corresponding bank. This code will allow the BUSINESS to collect payments without having to store payment card data.

Under no circumstances will the BUSINESS store the data provided by CONSUMERS through the payment gateway on its own computer systems. These data will only be retained while the purchase is made, payment is made, and until the withdrawal period has elapsed.

As a payment system, there are several payment methods established on the Website so that the CONSUMER can choose to place their order:

- PayPal: Consumers can pay for their shopping cart using the online payment platform PayPal. If you choose this option, you can also use your credit or debit card as a payment method.

- Bizum: Consumers may choose to pay for their orders using Bizum, a system for instant payments between individuals and in-store purchases. To use this payment method, consumers simply need to have their bank's app installed and enter the business owner's phone number to send the amount for their online purchase.

- Shopify Payments: The CONSUMER can pay the amount of their shopping cart through the Shopify Payments payment platform . If you choose this option, you can also use your credit or debit card as a payment method.

The consumer's purchase may be postponed for anti-fraud verification. It may also be suspended for a longer period of time for a more rigorous investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.
